Job description:

As a Sales Engineer with a market leading global automotive company, you will work directly with customers to create new business and expand existing business opportunities the companys simulation software. This challenging role requires a degree qualified engineer with experience in selling or working with CAE software. 
 
Our client supports a hybrid working schedule with the opportunity to WFH 3 days a week, and in the companys Coventry office or at a customer site twice a week.

Your key responsibilities as Simulation Software Sales Engineer will include:
 -- Sales of the companys simulation software solutions for some of our top customers in the UK
 -- Maintain good, resilient customer relationships and identify market potential and growth areas
 -- Development of the sales and account strategy for your customer group and implement it together with the account teams and marketing
 -- Supporting and shaping the market entry of new simulation solutions together with the marketing and business development

Your Profile:
 -- Degree in mechanical, electrical, automotive or industrial engineering
 -- Experience in technical sales or as an analysis/simulation engineer in the automotive industry with a high affinity for sales
 -- Practical experience in dealing with simulation software and ERP/& CRM systems
 -- Proactive and agile way of working
 -- High degree of self-motivation and ability to work in a team
 -- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (spoken and written)
 -- Driving licence valid for driving in the UK
