On this International Women’s Day, we celebrate the incredible achievements of women around the world, particularly those who have made significant strides in the fields of motorsport and engineering.
Women in Motorsport are breaking barriers and setting records globally.
Motorsport has long been seen as a male-dominated arena, but women everywhere are changing this, proving that passion and talent know no gender. From pioneers like Maria Teresa de Filippis, the first woman to race in Formula 1, to modern-day trailblazers like Danica Patrick and Tatiana Calderón, women are making their mark on the racing world.

From developing cutting-edge technologies to solving complex global challenges, women engineers are making significant contributions to society. Their work not only advances the field of engineering but also inspires future generations of women to pursue careers in STEM.
As we celebrate the achievements of women in motorsport and engineering, let us also recognise the work that still needs to be done to achieve gender equality. This International Women’s Day, let’s commit to supporting and empowering women in all fields, ensuring that they have the opportunities and resources they need to succeed.
