An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Electrical Engineer to join a luxury vehicle manufacturer. Working within a cutting-edge R&D environment, you'll support the development of advanced health and wellbeing features, combining electrical/electronic systems, software, diagnostics and validation activities to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What's on Offer:

Immediate start – contract running until December 2026, with potential extension
Primarily onsite, with some flexibility depending on project requirements
35 hour week – Monday to Friday
Potential UK test-driving activity and occasional European travel.

As part of a specialist engineering team, you will be involved in the development and validation of new vehicle features from concept through to production. Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the development of advanced health and wellbeing systems and features
System testing, validation and fault investigation.
Root cause analysis and diagnostic activities working alongside software and systems engineers.
Reviewing requirements and test specifications, executing tests and reporting findings.
Supporting the full development lifecycle from requirements through to release and ongoing system support.

What We're Looking For:
Degree, HND or equivalent qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Experience with electrical/electronic systems development with a vehicle manufacturer
Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and root cause analysis skills.
Experience supporting system function development and software maturity activities.
Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and external suppliers.
Full UK driving licence.

Desirable
Experience using CANoe, Vector tools and vehicle diagnostic tools
Knowledge of health and wellbeing technologies, occupant monitoring or related vehicle systems.
German language skills
