We're recruiting for 3 experienced Business Analysts to join a major enterprise-scale IT transformation programme with a luxury vehicle manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded BA who can do far more than gather requirements. You'll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, challenge assumptions, drive clarity, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
What's on Offer:
Attractive day rate – can be outside IR35
ASAP start – contract review date 18th December 2026 with potential extension
Hybrid – on site in Crewe 2 days pw
37 hour week Monday to Friday
The Role:
Lead end-to-end business analysis across complex change initiatives.
Elicit, analyse and manage requirements from discovery through to delivery.
Support business case development, benefits realisation and impact assessments.
Work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
Translate complex business and technical challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Strong Business Analysis experience within complex IT change environments. Experience with:
Requirements engineering
Process modelling
User Stories and Gherkin acceptance criteria
Systems thinking
Non-functional requirements
Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Confident stakeholder manager who can challenge constructively and influence senior leaders.
Experience delivering digital transformation, infrastructure, cloud, integration or enterprise systems projects.
Desirable:
Manufacturing, automotive or other complex operational environments.
SAP and Microsoft technology environments.
Change impact assessment and customer journey mapping experience.
