As the Passive Safety Expert with this prestigious high performance car maker your focus will be the front system development on sports cars. Candidates for this challenging role must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, strong communication skills and accountability are important skillset to manage activities and responsibilities of the role. It is essential to have a proactive approach to proposing new solutions to optimize all the processes and activities.
Your key responsibilities as the Passive Safety Front System Specialist will include:
Support Innovation team leading passive safety performance through engineering analysis, data and video analysis and suggesting new ideas
Build up activities plan for each vehicle (passive safety relevant)
Definition of the target settings and target deployment definition
Definition of the development plan of the lateral restraint system
Achievement of target performance
What will make you successful:
Master-degree in Mechanical / Biomedical / Vehicle Engineering or equivalent
Dedicated experience on development of front system for EU and US market: front sled, simulations and crash test planning.
At least basic knowledge of CAE technology for biomechanical simulation and understanding homologation rules in the EU and US market are important to manage the activities
Full professional working English
Full professional Italian (or willing to learn)
