As a Concept Design Engineer with a Luxury Vehicle Manufacturer you will be responsible for the specification and integration of complex design & technical requirements for the Cockpit & Seating Zone within the Vehicle Architecture team.
Contract: ASAP start to 2nd October 2026
PAYE / umbrella (inside IR35)
Hybrid – 2 days on site per week – could vary (1 week no requirement etc )
37 hours per week
Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting and Leading Concept Design Development & Problem solving
Tracking and communicating the status of System Integration, highlting the impact of late changes or decisions to keep the project on track
Developing and maintaining Specialist knowledge
Working closely with a team alongside both internal stakeholders and group platform partners to provide solutions to complex technical and project requirements.
Your Profile:
Engineering degree or equivalent
Automotive background
Highly proficient in CATIA with the ability to develop CAD models from scratch andf using A-Surface geometry.
Experience of Cockpit & Seating systems, their specific requirements and integration with an A-Surface
Excellent presentatio skills, with the ability to effictively communicate technical information to multiple stakeholders
