New career opportunity for an experienced Senior/Software Technical Lead to drive the technical and strategic evolution of an internal suite of software products for a prestigious motorsport team. This is a key leadership role within a small, highly collaborative in house team, working closely with multiple IT groups and external technology partners.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on development, architectural leadership and shaping the future of complex, interconnected systems, from modernising legacy platforms to enabling AI-ready interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Deployment of AI tools for advance rapid code development .NET applications eg codepilot claude etc
Own and evolve the technical architecture for a suite of interconnected systems
Make critical architectural decisions and assess technology choices
Actively and regularly contribute to software development (hands-on leadership)
Drive modernisation of legacy components and help transition systems toward modern distributed architectures
Ensure cloud-first, scalable design principles (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Lead the implementation of AI-ready interfaces and ensure AI tools are embedded in the development lifecycle
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to align on system integrations, delivery timelines, and product goals
Contribute to the strategic roadmap for data platforms and digital capabilities
Your Profile:
Masters/Bachelors Degree qualified in Computer Science/Engineering, or related field, a relevant technical certifications (Microsoft, AWS, Oracle) is a plus
Proven experience modernising or evolving existing/legacy software products
Experience building distributed architectures and working with complex system landscapes.
Practical experience using AI tools within the software development lifecycle.
Strong background in cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Solid experience with .NET and modern development ecosystems.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Professional working level in Italian and English
