A well-established and highly respected manufacturing business based in Witham are looking to add a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to their engineering team.
This role would suit an engineer who is on the upward curve of their career and looking to join a business where they can develop technically, gain specialist training, and build a long-term career. There is fast track progression available to management,

The role
Youll be responsible for maintaining and improving a range of processing and production equipment, carrying out planned maintenance, fault finding, and supporting engineering improvement initiatives to maximise line reliability.
What they are looking for:
· Electrically biased engineer with strong mechanical understanding
· Electrical apprenticeship (NVQ/C&G level3) and 18th Edition
· Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food, pharmaceutical or similar environments
· Proactive mindset with interest in continuous improvement and technical development
Whats on offer:

Typical hours – 39 hours a week – 4 day week – No weekends.
