We are seeking a Vehicle Reliability Technical Manager with strong technical expertise in vehicle infotainment systems and data management. This role focuses on analysing pre-series vehicles for potential customer concerns, supporting the Analysis Manager with reporting, and ensuring effective problem resolution. You will provide clear problem definitions supported by logs and imagery, enabling efficient solutions. Additionally, youll assist the analysis team with problem and KPI reporting and escalate critical issues to board level when necessary.

Skills & Experience Required:
Strong knowledge of infotainment and data capture systems (electrical background preferred)
Whole vehicle assessment expertise
Advanced technical and analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to present and communicate technical issues up to board level
Excellent teamwork and influencing skills using data.
Flexible, positive, and self-motivated approach.
Leadership in complex problem-solving teams.
Advanced understanding of vehicle development and industrialisation.
Knowledge of customer behaviour and expectations for test requirements.
Proficient in gathering and analysing vehicle electrical network data.
Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data analysis capability
Driving licence and willing to travel internationally
