New career opportunity for a passionate and skilled ADAS / Infotainment Hil Validation Engineer to join a high performance car maker. In this new role, youll lead the validation of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) software and hardware, shaping the future of intelligent driving. Youll work with industry-leading tools like JIRA, Polarion, HIL systems and automotive network protocols (CAN/FD, LIN, Ethernet), ensuring the company's ADAS components meet the highest standards of performance and safety.

Your goals:
Lead ADAS validation strategy and execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Manage and mentor the ADAS components validation team

Design and automate HIL testing environments with support from developers and automation experts

Coordinate testing plans across software, hardware, vehicle, and performance teams

Drive continuous improvement in validation processes and methodologies

Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and other automotive standards

What Youll Be Doing:

Develop and execute ADAS testing strategies and validation plans

Configure and deploy HIL systems and testing tools

Monitor test results, generate reports, and recommend improvements

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers

Promote automation strategies to enhance test reliability and efficiency

Coach teams on the company's esting platforms and tools

Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices.

Your Profile:

Degree qualified in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics or Automotive Engineering

Experience in HIL system configuration and commissioning

Experience in embedded systems and ADAS validation

Expertise in CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet

Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Polarion, Dspace, CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape

Strong understanding of V-Cycle development, ISO 26262, and EE architecture

Python programming skills.

Fluency in Italian and English

Bonus Skills:

Experience in embedded software development (C/C++) or model-based design

Familiarity with diagnostic tools, Wireshark, and vehicle EE architecture

Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
