As the Certification Project Planner / Manager with a luxury vehicle manufacturer, you will play a key role supporting central planning across projects, change and fleet teams in Technical Conformity department. This challenging role requires an engineering background and experience in project planning in the automotive sector. Experience with MS Project and PowerPoint is essential.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Management of process scheduling and deliverables for project, change and fleet teams within the department
Risk, Action and minute taking during project and change meetings
Support project team actions when required including updating Microsoft project plans
Vehicle check report creation utilizing existing IT tools
Ensure the robust change control of plans and management of change control log
Your Profile:
Technical background in automotive engineering (Powertrain, Testing, Safety, or Markets desired)
Demonstrable experience of project planning and successful project delivery within an automotive engineering environment
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Project and other office suite tools
Excellent knowledge of project management principles
Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of self-motivation.
Confident in communicating complex topics

37 hour week – flexible hours – core hours 9.30am – 2.30pm
Contract end 31st January 2026 – however this is likely to extend
