As a Senior Engineer, you will:
develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex technical problems with minimal supervision
conduct data analysis and preprocessing to improving data understanding and model performance
propose solutions to optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency
collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into existing applications
research latest machine learning advancements, through research papers, open-source repositories and quick experimentation
proactively participate in discussions on technical problem-solving sessions
support junior members of the team
What will make you successful:
Masters' Degree in Engineering, Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics or Data Science with experience in AI in a similar field
A strong background and understanding of Linear Algebra, Statistics and Optimisation are required, together with an understanding of vehicle dynamics principles
Experience with Python programming, libraries such as Pandas, Plotly and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch are require
Familiarity with Docker is beneficial, as well as experience with MLOps tools
Great communication skills are essential to understand complex problems and share results with stakeholders in a clear and concise way. Teamwork spirit and the ability to collaborate with peers are essential
Proactivity and self-motivation are key in this role
Fluency in English is a must-have
