Job description:

As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer with a world leading global technology company you will join the Active Safety Systems Department at the company's new state of the art technical centre in the West Midlands.  Our client's "fit for the future" facility supports technology innovation for Next Generation Mobility, across four technology domains: Vehicle Motion Control, Integrated Safety, Automated Driving and Electric Mobility. 

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer will include: 
 -- Develop cybersecurity solutions, analyse and test methodologies to support the development of high-integrity, real-time automotive systems
 -- Customise and create tools to efficiently perform product penetration-testing
 -- Deliver cybersecurity services primarily to internal customers, and external customers where applicable and support the requirements capture processes
 -- Specify and implement application specific, bespoke, cyber security solutions and testing
 -- Generate innovative methodologies and automated processes
Your Profile: 
 -- Degree in electronics, software, computer science or relevant discipline
 -- Embedded electronics and Cyber Security knowledge/experience within a system engineering approach would be beneficial (preferably in the automotive domain)
 -- Ability to write software script: C/C++/Python
 -- Creative problem-solver, with ability to think beyond the obvious
 -- Team player, able to adapt in a fast-changing, agile business environment
