Role:   Diesel Calibration Engineer

As Diesel Calibration Engineer with a leading 1st tier automotive supplier of fuel injection equipment you will provide  heavy duty diesel engine support for leading automotive OEM customers. 

The responsibilities for the Diesel Calibration Engineer will include:
Common Rail fuel injection equipment calibration (rail pressure control, injection control)
Integrating emissions calibrations, drivability, turbo charger control, engine thermal and mechanical protection EOBD and DPF regeneration.
Emissions and performance certification testing
Use of ETAS and ATI calibration tools, engine test and measurement systems
Developing timing plans.
Environmental trip planning

The ideal Diesel Calibration Engineer will possess :
Previous diesel / gasoline calibration experience
Must be familiar with Matlab
Happy to attend test trips
Experience of fault finding, diagnostics and inspection of diesel FIE systems and engines
Use of ETAS and ATI calibration tools, AVL, Bosch engine test and measurement systems
Excellent Communication Skills
UK driving license
