Role: Component / Project Engineer: Gasoline

Job Type: Permanent or Contract to start on 5th March
Contract rate £30 to £35 per hour. 40 hours per week.
Duration: 10 months.
Location: Basildon & Dagenham, Essex

As Component Engineer with a leading power train consultancy you will be responsible for successful implementation of a cost reduction program within a gasoline engine project.  You will be based on site with a leading automotive OEM in Essex.  The successful Component Engineer requires component Engineering and Program planning skills.

Responsibilities include:
Prior gasoline Component Engineering
Project planning and cost management
APQP disciplines (FMEA, DVPR)

Knowledge of  Ford Motor Company  component engineering, design and release procedures and WERS database.
Experience in 2 (or more) engine sub systems

The ideal candidate:
Must be degree educated with experience of program planning
 
Job Type: Permanent or Contract to start on 5th March or ASAP
Contract rate £30 to £35 per hour. 40 hours per week.
Perm salary £30,000 – £35,000 per annum, pension, healthcare, 23 days holiday, flexi time
