This is an exciting opportunity for someone to perform the role of managing the Test & Validation Laboratory responsible for the validation of Column Drive (CD) EPS systems. The role is ideally suited to an engineer with previous management experience and knowledge in a test environment. You will hold responsibility for the coordination and management of staff and equipment (durability and functional test rigs) to provide a Test & Validation facility/service to aid the development and launch of new steering systems. You will work with engineers, suppliers and Quality and Production teams to deliver components to meet customer requirements.
What you’ll do

“ Plan and oversee the test schedule and determine best use of resource to meet the demands of the engineering programme

“ Ensure timely reporting of test results
“ Manage and coordinate the testing of samples as part of the overall validation process

The position of UK OEM Sales Manager (connectors) is pivotal to the success of the company’s Divisional EMEA sales strategy. The role will focus on demand creation through development of existing and new OEM accounts in the UK for the company’s range of connectors. As Rotary Pump Project Manager with a leading 1st tier automotive supplier you will to deliver current rotary program management activities and be accountable for management of multiple projects involving cross functional teams responsible for the development and industrialisation of Rotary pumps.  It is not essential to have project management experience for this role. The position will report to the Rotary Programme Manager and functionally to the Diesel Program Management Director.

Overall responsibility to deliver flawless project launches to meet the committed objectives and flawless launch metrics
