- Assist in the management of our existing portfolio of clients
- Achieve business growth by developing new client relationships
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations
- Deputise for the manager in her absence

You must be able to demonstrate abilities across the full spectrum of a Recruitment Consultants role. Educated to degree level, or of graduate calibre, with demonstrated ability to learn and grow, you will be proactive with excellent business development, planning and motivational skills. You will also be pc literate (Ms Office – Word PowerPoint, Internet Outlook). The Ideal candidate for the role of Interim HR Manager:
” CIPD qualification/HR degree or equivalent work experience
” Broad generalist HR background, ideally gained in an engienering/manufacturing business
” Good general knowledge of current UK employment legislation
” Articulate and literate. Must be able to express ideas and concepts clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing.
” Confident presenter
” Pc literate and numerate, with a good knowledge of Excel
” Confident, discreet, an effective negotiator and a good relationship builder
” Persuasive, tenacious, a completer-finisher with a good eye for detail
